Is it smarter to buy at an ICO or shortly after when it first hits the exchanges? Some coins tend to get dumped on exchanges soon after the ico. Or would you be better of getting in asap?
Looking at the history so far, it seems to be more profitable to get ICOs. Because of the FUD on bancor I think it might drop back to it's ICO price, but I'm quite confident it'll be up in the long term.

I just went on hitbtc
https://hitbtc.com/exchange/BNT-to-BTC
What the fuck? How does that work? Is the website a scam or what? I could just sell a few bnt just to get my initial investment back.

HitBTC is trying to scam some newfags with some BNT they bought, but as they can't be transferred yet they are selling hyperinflated IOUs
You can't sell them yet

Ok so I can't offer a bnt to btc IOU, but they can offer it to me? That's very jew of them.

They're just selling HitBTC's Bancor they got in the ICO as an I-owe-you. They'll honour it in you account next week when the coins get released. It's a legit exchange
