ETH is too big now to get replaced. Last year around that time - maybe. But after the EEA there is too much money involved in Ethereum to get it replaced by strat or lisk.

I'm about to buy some LSK but I hold most in ethereum, so I am waiting to sell it and then buy LSK.

I believe just as there are many programming languages, we will see many blockchains being used. Given that LSK is Javascript it will easily be used by the web dev people.
