How did those Bitcoin millionaires cash out their coins into their bank accounts?

All the exchanges have withdrawal limits, even Coinbase has withdrawal limits. I'm sure at least one of those guys got tired and just wanted to cash out and live a good life forever.

Did they need to withdrawl $100,000 each month slowly for years for them to get the full amount or is there another way to take it all out all in one go?

They don't sell through exchanges

They sell to rich people who want to get in

Did you even research what the daily withdrawal limits are for people with top level verification? I really don't understand this "CAN'T CASH OUT" meme at all. Nobody goes around saying you can't cash out stocks so what is this? Are they really that stupid?
