My friend bought tickets to this game conference and I don't want to go. How do I sell the tickets? Is there a reputable online site, or craigslist, or do I have to sell it outside the door in person?

Do I sell a few weeks or days before the event? I think If I sell now, I have a greater chance of it going through, but if I sell right before the event I might make more money.
