During this last phase the same informed investors who began to 'accumulate' near the bear market bottom (when no one else wanted to buy) begin to 'distribute' before anyone else starts selling.

What do the crypto-crash-won't-happenfags have to say about this? According to Dow we are clearly in the distribution phase and whales should begin to drop their bags any time now, leaving us to crash and burn. Or maybe I read that wrong.
