Not consistently.
It's been hover around <0,05€ for quite some time.
Had a small bump a week ago and now is getting another bump.

Honestly, FTC had a lot of time put into it and already been spreading for many months. It's surprising it took this long to get back up again. Even if it's just going to be short lived.
