I use all of my saving to buy a flip house for $130K, work night and day for 4 months to make it beautiful, but the market has a downturn, I ran out of money and I end up having to dump it for a $2k loss. The Jews who bought it rented it out for 5 years and just sold it for $190k and did nothing new to it.
