How can I make a cryptocoin and ask poloniex, kraken, yocancer

well today the person who made Ripto Bux mentioned a fact that's really relevant here - it cost $900 to get a shitcoin listed on cryptopia before, and now it's over $10K

1) Open own exchange
2) List own Shitcoins
3) ???
4) Profit

As far as I'm aware, tokens are really easy to make, but there's a lot less people trading them, and without recognition they have almost no demand.
Listing actual coins on even a shit exchange is going to cost a few thousand. on top of that, you're going to need a website and whitepaper and ANN if you want it to actually go anywhere.
