If I were to buy multiple coins, where do you suggest to store them? I prefer offline storage of course since I want to store them for a couple years. Any suggestions on how to do this? Will I need to have 10 separate wallets if I wanted to buy 10 different coins?
Do you guys just use an online exchange?

Some wallet programs can hold more than one type of coin. I have jaxx, and I don't really like it but it hold btc, eth, and gnt. Do not leave them in the exchange long term. You should just have a laptop with a fresh operating system, that has all your wallets and coins on it, and lives in a box in your closet. Fuhgeddaboutit.
