Hey /biz/zy bees. Not sure where to go for this kind of advice, so please forgive me.
I'm starting a new job on Weds. It's Business casual dress. I mostly have dickies pants. Black, Grey dark blue and khaki.
Are these acceptable? I know they're not slacks, but I'm a bigger dude and slacks are cheap crap material and will break.

Business casual is khakis and button downs, not slacks. At least everywhere I've worked.
Dickies work pants might be a little too rugged, though.

They seemed to be fairly laxed on the dress code as they said polos are OK. Still grabbed two button downs this weekend to he safe.
If people touched em, they'd obviously notice, but so long as I keep em nice and maybe iron in some creases, do you think that would fly?
Thanks for the info, by the way; I've never had an office job before.

Christ. That's like 10000x bigger than my colony

Consider buying black jeans and leather or suede boots. Business casual is king in holland but while I can wear nikes and t shirts I prefer to stick to polos and shirts.
Remember, there's no such thing as overdressing. Excluding a bow tie

These are bees that are trucked around to various farms for pollination correct?
How lucrative is this job? Haven't bees died back like 50% in the last few years?
