Pic related, not mine, but similar. I own a house worth 2 million dollars in Vancouver.
I know we're at the top of the housing bubble here... convince me why selling at the top of the real estate bubble and putting 60-80% into Ethereum is a good / bad idea
I'm really going to do it anon, but my knuckles are white.
Just do it. It's better than holding onto it after the bubble bursts. Real estate is already collapsing in Toronto.
no way this house is worth 2 millions pajeet

it probably is

Yes, it fucking is worth 2 million dollars. The amount of rent you can extract from the land it's on makes it a valuable asset... but yes, it is a bubble.

It's the land you fucking tard.

Its real. A leaf showed me the actual real estate posting. See if I can find it. It's off the market now.

oh my sweet summer neet
Damn. You could live in a mansion bigger than the palaces of medieval kings for $2MM in some places in the rural US.
OP, I liquidated my retirement savings and went all into ETH. Now my savings were chump change but a 350% return is a 350% return on both $10 and on $2MM. Things to consider.

god damn sell that crackhouse IMMEDIATELY

Dont put it all into ETH.
Id strongly recommend moving to somewhere with less of a bubble (I dunno, Saskatchewan? I havent been following the housing market yet)
I'd maybe put 40% of it into Eth at absolute most.
