career progression/general life advice
hi
so i recently got a job at a big bank, not in the role that i want to do forever but i think it's a good start.
what is the best way to have a career progress? like, if i want to work my way up to regional CFO or something of the like.
what can i do now to ensure that this one day happens?
i'm a hard worker with ambition. but i look around the office and i see a lot of people who are just happy to do what they do and are really passive with regards to this kind of shit.
who earn more anyway - front office types (trading/IB/M&A etc) or regional C level people/presidents/general high tier management
