They hook up businesses who want a stable version of Ethereum.
I'm struggling to see the value they are offering. From the comment, I get the impression they are wanting the 'community' to do their work for them?

well, basically what they're doing is narrowing the focus of etherum into an enterprise ready solution. What etherum offers in 1-2 years they try to make available for cooperations today - and there's obviously value in that . Sort of a dick move though
