I have wrongfully send ETH to livecoin's MNE adress.
This is what they say:
Send only MNE to this deposit address.
Sending another currency to this address will result in the loss of your transaction.
Request for searching of lost transaction is accepted not later then 30 days from opening transaction. Fee for searching is to be charged according our fees table. We don't guarantee processing of transactions sent to incorrect payment details.
We don't accept generate transactions.
Anyone knows if they can/ will return?
I did the same thing actually with like 3k USD worth of ETH.
Tell them that they can in fact access the wallet because it's an Ethereum address. They *can* fix this because they fixed this for me too. They took 10% though.
They took 2.5 ETH from me but they gave me the rest after they fixed the problem.
Good luck anon.
I can't wait for the new exchange so I never have to visit that shitty site again. Fuck the maintenance and fuck the dude in this pic.

Thx for your info.

What does this even mean? Seems like an honest mistake, and now I'm afraid of doing the same thing
