Can someone explain this to me about Vertcoin VTC. At 24.9k sat there is a 2.9 btc wall and at 25k sat there is a 6.7k btc wall. These walls are literally 1 sat apart. Before and after these two walls it is wide open. Does this mean someone put these up so they could accumulate anything for sale under 25k sats? Once they get enough they just blow the doors off the price? I am not shilling, just asking to get some perspective on what I feel like I am looking at.
