One thing that has made my gains bounce over the last few weeks is using a website blocker to keep iron hands through dips. It works on the phone and computer simultaneously.

If you are an emotionally-driven person, and check your positions every 5 seconds, apps like these can help you not go insane.

I have simultaneously raised my gains and learned to set my positions better. Not just reacting to any 30 sat move.
