How/where can I buy stuff with BTC (or other crypto) in Europe?
What online shops do accept it, and do do you even use BTC for shopping? In order to have a somewhat guaranteed transaction within a humane time frame, you have to pay a shitton of fees, and there seems to be quite some risk that a typo just lets your "money" vanish.
How is the process for actually using BTC as a currency?
Where can I buy, say some /out/ gear or a wristwatch with BTC?

Just checked their site.
Of course you also have to send them your passport, so everything is 100% NOT anonymous.
So this card is also not an answer to the OP question.
