ltc is probably the best long term investment right now.
It hasnt broken out yet, and I can see it being the standard for trading against altcoins in the future. (the number of 0s in btc is getting annoying)

No mention you cant transport BTC from exchange to exchange. LTC is way better for that purpose.
It's an old Grandpa coin. Give it a couple more months. This new price is scary and they need time to adjust.

Haha, gave me a laugh.
Sad but true.
A steady up and comer. When LTC starts to hype, you know the bubble is nearing it's end.
That said, no way it's not going to hype and no way it is not going to go far and beyond it's ATH of 50 once it got rid of the last 2013 bag holders.

Agree. This coin will be $75-$100.
When? When it fucking feels like it, that's when.
LTC/BTC interoperability, this is going to be a paycoin with cheaper fees and faster conformations. It will also get all of BTCs innovations first.

No there are some downfalls...
1. Litecoin is a wannabe bitcoin. When bitcoin gets updated in August (it will get segwit, etc.) they will be pretty much comparable in speed making LTC useless.
2. Litecoin doesn't allow blockchain 2.0 applications or bitcoin 3.0 like ethereum does.
3.Litecoin is built on proof-of-work which requires more processing power and load on a computer.

If, not when.
And if, there are going to be atomic swaps. It will start with Litecoin and Bitcoin and soon every coin will need it if they want to keep up.
I can't tell you how cool atomic swaps will be.
Not to mention Lightening that is rumoured to be launched next week.
Currently on unemployment. Worth dumping weekly checks into?
