Well you could use TA but you may as well just read some tea leaves.

The only real option is to either invent time travel or get every other investor to tell you when they're going to buy/sell.

Sell into a pump, never buy into it

Don't get greedy and always get out early. Who cares if you could have had 5% more when you know you'd be the dude freaking out and selling in the middle of the dump losing a ton of what you could have had before.
