What's the best coin trading bot? Say I want to buy any coin that has dropped by more than 8% in the last 24h and then automatically sell it after it's gone up 4% from my buy price?

thinking about just programming one to watch all the coins on bittrex for moons and do quick sells all fucking day. see what happens. of course gonna have it run simulations for a few days to tweak it and make sure i don't go fucking bankrupt in the first hour haha.
