Firstly, you are super zoomed in on what looks like a 2 day time period, 15 min candles.

Secondly, a double top means the top hits approximately the same price level showing heavy resistance at that price.

What you are displaying in your screenshot could be interpreted as a bull trap but it is such a short time period that whatever you see there has such little significance. You must zoom out to spot a trend.
