How do I buy ripple? Totally new, never bought any coin before.
Is there fees to buy?
And what's the process to sell, is it easy or do you get stung huge fees?
From Australia if that makes any difference...
It depends on the exchange, but there's a fee. On Poloniex it's 0.15% (so: 0.0015).
The percentage stays the same (buying 50XRP twice or 100XRP once is the same).
You'll need to buy bitcoin first in order to move it into the exchange. Getting money in is the most daunting part of the whole thing
Probably easiest place to buy is localbitcoins, although they sting you hard.
Sorry, I forgot.
You usually need to buy Bitcoins (BTC) before being able to trade altcoins. You need to find a site where you can buy BTC for FIAT (the term for "regular" currency). Once you have some, you can transfer the funds in your exchange platform's wallet.

Better get on the DopeCoin train b4 liftoff
Final comment and then I'm done... the biggest fee is from buying BCT with FIAT. On BitPanda it's roughly 50€ for 1000€.
