KMD is basically the hard fork of BTCD with improved anonymity, you have seen what every anon coin including BTCD did.
You know about ARK already.
GNO was launched straight onto Polo, day one, and has a tiny marketcap. I don't know the full story but that hasn't stopped me getting onboard.

As for the sells I just assume you want rapid trades and would ignore everyone saying sell if you plan to hold long. DGB, STRAT and SIA all have long term potential but they are all beginning to correct now.
