Did it go through? Look for your pending orders. Then wait a while. 10 minutes later if it goes through it will be there. Sometimes it doesn't.

I have to wait for a bank verifivation message to appear, but often it doesn't. Depends on the load in the website. Took me about 3 tries to buy eth yesterday.

Are you able to view pending transactions on the app? I can't find it

Go to dashboard, eth, pending orders on the bottom. It will take 5 days or so for it to be completed but you have locked in that price and it will come.

Debit card takes a couple minutes. Bank account takes a few days. It could also have been cancelled all together.

It probably got cancelled then. Check your bank statement.

I'm in the UK. When I place my order if the website doesn't change to a white window with "verification from bank XYZ" then the transaction didn't occur. It will tell you there is an error but the transaction will be "pending" in your orders for a bit until it updates and realises it didn't work.

If it took an hour and you have nothing and you did it through your cr sit card then yeah it probably didn't work. Do you have online banking to see "pending transaction" on your account?

Alright everyone so it turns out all of my transactions have been cancelled. I just finished I'D verification and still gets cancelled. Have I missed something?
