Did you guys notice that Russia Today is running constant coverage on Bitcoins? There is an in depth article on the front page almost every day lately. What's up with that? Check it out, top of page, under "RT Exclusive". There is something like this there regularly.
>>
Putin likes cryptos for some reason.
They also talk about altcoins.
>>
because they want peeps to dump money into ETH
>>
Because Russia is one of the few countries that is ACTUALLY preparing for cryptos. Be for taxing or for some actual purpose. Russia went from almost banning them to starting to really study them.

Putin ACTUALLY met with Vitalik. Can you say that Trump or Obama did anything like it with any other cryptocoin personality?

source: https://regnum.ru/news/economy/2283693.html

This was during the St Petersbourg Economic Forum, where crypto was one of the main topics. Say what you want about Russia, they're taking this serious, and they'll be ready for when the normies flood.

Chinks and Russkies are on the crypto-train

USA is gonna regret fighting it. Obama was very pro-tech and could have helped the cause but he never did. With Trump? Forget it, not going to happen.

>Obama was very pro-tech
This is true, search for Bitcoin + Obama, you'll find that he praised it. But it wasn't enough.

On the other hand, you have the CEO of Бaнк Poccии (equivalent to the Fed) saying that there's a need to setup a national virtual currency, as it's the future, either they want it or not.

Even transferring crypto in America fucks your cost basis. I'm trying to get my head around FIFO/LIFO and defunct exchanges so I don't get audited.

>>
