They've increased the crowdsale target from $15 mil to $40 mil in the past week. This means the BAT sold at ICO are going to be significantly more expensive than originally stated.

Another red flag is their general attitude of "these aren't intended to be sold or traded".

I was pretty excited about this ICO until a few days ago, now I think I'll skip. And with theChinese exchanges opening up their ETH markets this week, It'll be better to hold onto your ETH for now IMO.
