Spent two years building a business only to have investor sack me so he can run it. Thinks he can do anything because he has millions
Advice for revenge? Any IT led solutions would be ace
Just hack his bit coins bro
Hack something
He doesn't have bit coins he can just about spell coin
Don't burn that bridge.
When he sees he can't do it, he'll come back kneeling, then you propose either a big raise (20%+) or equity.
He's burnt the bridge
Not only has he sacked me he's threatened suing me for my salary and stopped me working in my industry for 12m
I can fight him in court but it'll cost me tens of thousands
Just depends on the business anon, is it computer heavy? or more brick and mortar?

Most of those non compete clauses are bull. Get a lawyer, argue the terms of the non compete, get him to drop the whole thing.
Will cost atleast a few thousand in fees.
Non competes in service agreements can be beaten but because I had shares and a one sided investment agreement they are more enforceable
The issue isn't enforcement it's the time cost and heartbreak chasing a fight I can't afford to have

i'm not sure if you can in this situation, but try to hire an attorney based on a contingency fee.

Lawyer the fuck up and get options on the table.
Also, install a backdoor into the server for future opportunities. If you can't compete for 12 months then use the time to develop connections and groundwork for the business that does compete on the 13th month, which conveniently knows every move your previous business is making. Vengeance shouldn't be a one off, make him regret crossing you.
