altcoins are good for making bitcoin, people who missed the bitcoin boat are instead treating altcoins as the be-all-end-all of crypto, which is hilarious but has also made for some insane gains in the past few weeks. the alt bubble is so huge right now it's going to scare a lot of people when it pops, don't get scared too, or i'll be taking your money.
