Poloniex was having issues with their Siacoin wallet. Something to do with the fees they were charging.

The Siacoin devs have said the issue has been fixed. Polo still hasn't lifted their hold on deposits and withdrawals of SC though. When it does I reckon volume will pick up as will the price. This is a $0.20+ coin imo
