OK guys, I was mining and dealing Crypto back in 2013/14. I survived the MT GOX and MintPal hack. Lost my ass with AsiaCoin. Recovered made some coin, lost some coin and then just let it all fade away.
I'm thinking of taking it up again. Is it worth it? Has the system settled down a little or is it still a series of pump and dumps with everyone out to shaft each other?

I was you a month ago
The market took off about two weeks ago.
I went back and sifted through all my old wallets, had like $1k in LTC, $700 in DOGE, and $500 in PPC. I still had held onto ~$10k in BTC but moved 1/2 into ETH because I'm unsure about the BTC UASF. Then ETH mooned and I doubled that $5k.
Hooked again. Now mining monero on my old bitcoin GPU rigs.

no. no, it's worse than ever. the Announcements forum on bitcointalk is complete madness
So I see Poloniex is still running. My account still had some BTC left FFS. Any other Exchanges that appear stable you can recommend?

I remember watching asiacoin story unfold on there way back. I dropped a few quality words on there myself. It was like screaming into a black hole.
Can anyone tell me the best place to buy bitcoin? Can you buy it using Paypal?
