I've been trading for 3 years and i'll give you some advice.

BTC is still in a downward trend, nothings going to breakout heavily. There will be another crash like yesterday very soon, alts will plummet again.

Just have a little patience and have liquidity to scoop up low price alts.

so i know how a buywall works and how people just put a bunch of volume at a certain bid so they can get people to put orders before them. but is this also how a sell wall works and it makes people want to sell their coin for cheaper?

what that image shows is that more people want to sell than want to buy at the moment. Therefore sellers will be trying to undercut one another and the price will fall.
