How do I stop going on 4chan? I easily spend 6-8 hours a day here.

Same. You literally can't escape. You have to go cold turkey on media in general to get away from this place.
No internet, no phone, no TV, etc..

Mind blown.

I've actually been here less since it became 100% crypto. Thing is I can't trust any of the threads on here anymore, where as back when it was only like 40% crypto threads the shilling was less aggressive and hyperbolic so I felt /biz/ was a good source for info on crypto.
Now I literally follow the rule "multiple threads on /biz/ means it's gonna dump soon"

Nope. Still came here. You simply need to replace it with another vice.
