They are doing maintenance. If you want to get in I would suggest Bleutrade until we get on a bigger exchange. The dev has submitted a request for it to be added to Bittrex, they said that all we need is more interest in the coin. Moon has more volume than many coins on Bittrex, they have no reason not to add it.
