because crypto isnt held by a large bank under the government's thumb which can at any time decide to fuck you in the ass harder than pic related.
Ill trust random strangers with my money before a trust a piece of shit bank thats already lost chunks of my income and doesnt give a fuck.

Because individual crypto coins actually exist, while fiat is basically just a pool of debt.

But only a few percent of persons have like 80+% of all the bitcoins available right? So they control the market?
>>
Crypto and the hashing algorithms have created a 'trustless' way to transfer money or 'value'.
Banks, governments and large institutions stand in the middle as the 'trusted' party in any fiat transaction. Remove the requirement for trust and you remove the requirement for institutions.

Welcome to human nature anon. Well, we got to store value somewhere. I hope humankind gets better with time, and eventually we get to the perfect currency, but it won't happen overnight.

for a time that may be the case, but they don't control how new bitcoins are issued. They don't have the ability to mint coins into oblivion like the federal reserve does - QE4 anyone?
