Without the government to help, you either have to physically settle the problem yourself, take the loss like a cuck or rely on the mafia for dispute arbitration.

The hard part is getting the bitcoin or eth with USD. It's easy to trade for another coin later. Getting it online requires a lot of personal information because it's like opening a bank and the government has to track everything.
