I've wondered about this. I got banned from Circle, I believe for transferring coins to my Dream Market account. I've been doing the same from Coinbase without any problems yet, but if Circle could figure it out, there must be a way. Perhaps there's a pool of known addresses or some sort of blockchain forensics that they do?
