Probably pretty accurate. If they had announced Segwit coming to BTC much earlier then we'd probably be in line for much more gains before the eventual bear market.

We will get to 200 B total marketcap before we see the signs of a trend reversal. It's important to understand a "crash" may only just be a lull of bearish activity over a extended period of time, which will happen. Then the cycle repeats as crypto moves towards critical mass.

Buy good coins with future use and value, and hodl. Everything is pumping right now because we have a lot of stupid fomo money coming in, I expect this trend to only increase for the next 1 - 2 years, but the bear markets will shake all the weak money out until it's time for the bulls to run again.

But I doubt they will in bulk. There aren't good fundemantals justifying prices for "alt coins" which is going to terrify all real investors.
