The vast majority of the time I spent on that bot was trying out various strategies.
I've tried all kinds of predictors and several machine learning algos including ANN's until i realized technical analysis is completely pointless with cryptos.
The only thing that was remotely successful was mean-reverse with ADX to help identify peaks.

I'm not gonna share my current strategy but I'm mostly focusing on shitty low-priced alts that most people ignore.
They seem to have a high tendency of going up in value quite drastically, pic related.

I've just started testing it on the real market so it's trading in very small amounts, but the return rate is a bit unreal.
Been running for 43 hours now, made around 40 trades and my portfolio is up by almost exactly 20%
I assume it won't be making nearly as much when I give it larger sums to play with.

because no crystal ball, but switching between exchanges, making fully manual trades, even just keeping an eye on everything, it all increases that buffer time for example to get out effectively. i'd be interested in some kind of macro that for example could bail me out of one coin and into another when I press go.

lets say i'm looking for the top of eth right now, when i get the crystal ball feeling i'd want to be off eth and into xrp as efficiently as possible, less buttons i need to press the better
