Which tools and dashboards is everyone using?
I'm stuck with using an Excel spreadsheet for tracking prices and it's getting really tedious to keep up to date.
Any native apps for windows or Mac? If possible, I'd like to keep my data on my computer.

I am not keeping up with anything. I probably should, but I am only trading with spare cash I don't care about.

Seems silly but I use Trello.
It helps me organize EVERYTHING
I place all transactions on there, buy price, desired sell price, profit margins, everything and it's free.
Excel + api to get current price is perfect.

I use it in Canada, so apparently not. Obviously you have to convert fiat elsewhere.
