its dipping - 350 sats is CHEAAAAAP
>>
DGB is only just starting to moon.
>>
>We don't have any relationship with Mojang nor Microsoft. This is just a server meant for everyone to play on many devices (PC, Mac, Linux, Raspberry Pi 3 and more!). You will basically earn DigiByte for playing minigames and for selling diamonds which you mined in Survival. You can also buy Ranks (mostly cosmetics) with your earned DigiByte or with real money (credit card, bank).

If you do that then you'll die. Trust me.

It seems now the majority bought at 200 so that's why it's struggling at 400. It might possibly go for that extra +50% at 500 and then fall. If people buy again at 400(pumping it) then they'll want to sell it at least 750.
You have to judge the chart based on what the majority has bought. Unless the walls magically disappears and more investors come inside.
But often times people want to double, sometimes triple and if it's a weekend then they want 10x gains. Often times your desired goal will fall short like 8x.

By the way there is no point in "local" wallets if all you need is to remember the bitcoin address and 12 word password. Even if you delete your local files, your "wallet" will still be in cyberspace.
So with the upcoming quantum computers you could get your computer to simply guess the address and password because of its instant speeds.
I hope the people behind quantum computers aren't so retarded enough to let it loose without restrictions.
It would be the end of the internet. You'd need physical inputs for your passwords.
>>
just sold 250k at ath phew just bought even MORE!
>>
>>2094237
I thought that the higher the quantity the digits, the more a server/computer has to calculate.
So full numbers like 1,10,100 are easy compared to say 1.024294209424 x 1.29940302934032343423434(458293)

Lumens had an insane volume of 150k bitcoins and a huge number of people buying/selling and setting stop limits and orders.

Then again fuck them for robbing all those people and constantly disabling my withdrawals for a bunch of coins.
Where do I sign up to collectively sue them?

I'm new to this memecoins business, jsut bought some DGB following your guys tips

what's the best way to store them? I'm thinking about the smartphone APP, but I'm afraid i will lost it or some shit
>>
>>2094538
Download the DGB wallet, withdraw them to that then encrypt it and back it up on your hard drive and then maybe a usb or seven ;)
p.s welcome to the club, enjoy your ride.
>>
>>2094545

So, I have downloaded the smartphone APP, and it made a backup with a password, what is this file? Let's say i lose my smartphone but i had a backup i made while i had 0 DGB in it, will it sync back when i try to recover the wallet?

This is kinda alien for me, but thanks for helping
>>
Seems to have stalled and levelled out at ~390.

Think this might be the end of the moon mission for today.
>>
>>2094555
Save that file like it's your life.

If you reset your phone, uninstall the app, lose your phone, your phone is rekt, that is the file you need to put in the app to retrieve your address.

i suggest you dont use the mobile app as its slow as FUCK and takes transactions a day or so to appear even though they've been confirmed shitload of times.

>>2094564

>>
>>2094564

>Save that file like it's your life.

Yes yes, but what i am asking is the following

Let's say i backup a file while i have 0 DGB

and after a day, i buy like 100 dgb and keep that there

after a while i lost my phone and try to recover with the backup file

when i recover the backup, will it come with 0 or 100 DGB?

>>
>>2094604
What on the ANN?

Because there is no way in hell I believe they are partnering with steam. Their Minecraft "partnering" was them just making their own server, which anybody can do. No big games or companies back then, they just sell game cards for coins at the current price... This coin honestly doesn't seem useful.
>>
>>2094622
Not much time left until the big announcement gets released. Buy the rumors
>>
>>2094088
don't be a nigger, move your shit to other exchange, look for something a bit smaller, poloshit is scamming everyone with the (((lag))) and those pesky (((hackers))) doing DDoS
>>
>>2094632
Rumors based on what? If anything, them selling cards makes me less likely to believe that they are in any sort of partnership.
>>
>>2094639
Don't you realize that it doesn't matter where you go if everyone panics from the lag at Poloniex the dips will follow you no matter where you go potentially killing your gains?
>>
So, i still have 0,3 to invest, is going all in at the DGB a wise decision?

Too many options jeez!
>>
>>2094622
This. I'm a little concerned that this might be a pump and dump scheme, or just naive investors who saw something that wasn't reality (like me, possibly). Any thoughts? I have 60k dgb
>>
>>2094622
Fuck these Digibytes shills. Look at this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=408268.30740

They literally have nothing going for them besides this minecraft meme. They dont know anything about the tech. They are all so fucking retarded its unbelievable. The only selling point they have is to create a false rumor about steam.
>>
>>2094646

>>
>>2094646
>>2094648

It's a pump&count scheme. Please don't wait until it's too late anon. Never has a coin even more obvious to go in on.

When this coin hits a billion, which shouldn't be more than a few months (depending on how the cards get played), there will be more millionaires made with DGB than all top 20 coins combined.

This is the age of the Chan. The dawn of a new era is upon us. This is going to be a mind blowing year for DGB.
>>
>>2094656
but you still dont know a fucking thing about the coin.

Tell me anything going for it besides the minecraft meme, you fucking dumbass.
>>
>>2094656
But why? Yes it appeals to gamers, which is a great consumer base for the coin, but when I heard anons say that they have partnerships with steam/minecraft/all kinds of shit I bought in, not realizing that partnership was too strong of a word. Cryptos aren't very good at telling you on their websites what the fuck they actually are useful for, so where did all this shit come from? I already saw the page with the gift cards or whatever
>>
>>2094663

Why are you so angry? It's not my fault you can't do research for yourself and predict trends. Does calling your anonymous /biz/ peers names somehow make you feel better?

excellent advice man, but don't shit on small coins like xby that are excellent to invest a bit and learn to earn some money doing day trading. Piece of Shit Wallet coin is a scam and it pretty much goes down only but others that fluctuate a bit more are excellent for learning how to ride the wave.
The problem is learning the difference and/or sticking with your guns when you plan to fill a bag and keep it longterm

>>2094645
Don't be dense, you can actually take advantage of their shenanigans if your hands are not tied and you have your shit together on another exchange. A lot of retards panicking will follow and you take that chance to fuck them over by securing our profits or by buying the dip. This happened to me the last (((DDoS))) attack when Poloscam had LTC and XRP doing exactly the same curve at the exact same time and they both took a dive and then it just froze and fuck everybody over not triggering their stop losses orders.

Security: 5 DigiByte mining algorithms vs. 1 Bitcoin algorithm.

DigiByte mining is much more decentralized.
DigiByte mining algorithms can be changed out in the future to prevent centralization.

Speed: DigiByte transactions occur much faster that Bitcoin transactions.

1-3 second transaction notifications.
15 second DigiByte blocks vs. 10 minute Bitcoin blocks.
DigiBytes are confirmed after 1.5 minutes vs. 1 hour with Bitcoins.

Transaction Volume: DigiByte can handle many more transactions per second.

Bitcoin can only handle 7 transactions per second.
DigiByte currently can handle 280+ transactions per second.
The 2015 DigiSpeed hardfork introduced changes that double the capacity of the network every two years.

Total Supply: More DigiBytes, lower price, more micro transactions, better price stability.

21 billion DigiBytes will be created over 21 years.
Only 21 million Bitcoin will be created over 140 years.
1:1000 ratio. 1 Bitcoin for every 1000 DigiBytes.

Flexibility: Ability to quickly add new features.

DigiByte can add new features & upgrades much quicker than Bitcoin.
Future DigiByte upgrades will push transaction limit to several thousand per second.

Marketability & Usability: DigiByte is an easy brand to market to consumers.

DigiBytes are much cheaper to acquire.
$1 - $10 long-term price target per DigiByte.
Send 5 DigiBytes instead of 0.005 Bitcoin.

actually most often than not when a normie asks me about bitcoins they all go "but 1 bitcoin is too expensive". It's hard to grasp the actual concept and that there isn't any "bank notes" involved but it seems near impossible to understand that you can actual fraction the damn thing.

that's a long time, unless devs are slobs or they can't secure any deals (which is the most probable outcome) this could happen sooner because it will have a shitton of new money injected by normies. As long as this is like a "secret club" there isn't enough money to reach that 1 dollar goal

>>2094877
yeah I'm with you, but still most people thinks it's expensive and dismiss it. They see it cumbersome, which on some degree is true depending on the country you live in.

>can't secure any deals

That's my only real worry to be honest, they don't outline much, but the foundation they have in LoL, CSGO, and Minecraft plus the Hong Kong connections they have lead me to be hopeful.

Plus, talks of WoW are in the mix, and if ActiBlizzard strikes a deal, this could go well beyond just a buck.

For me personally, this could be the solution to the DLC crisis gamers have faced for more than a decade. Instead of paying 8 bucks for a skin, just play the game and unlock it naturally with real, tangible currency.

It's a Win/Win.

sold 1,5mil around 350-360, now bought 1mil back at 410-417

SIGH
>>
>>2094880
Yeah but this is like millions of DGB selling instantly at different prices. Sometimes it's buy orders as well.

>>2094888
wouldn't surprise me.
>>
>>2094891
Most people don't see a use for bitcoin, or cryptocurrency in general. What could the average people do with Bitcoin that they couldn't with Paypal, Venmo, or other instant digital transactions? DGB has to hit the right niche, and while I'm not sure it's got it, it's certainly closer than most other attempts.
>>
>>2094905
meant for
>>2094890
>>
>>2094900
Where's the source on this?
>>
>>2094900
Valve and ActiBlizzard are huge huge scheming jews, they would actually go around and create a STEAM coin or a Blizzard Coin before submitting to a third party. Unless this is actually really good and they see profit in actually owning the devs behind DGB.
That's why I also think it's a good idea but I don't see it happening because those two corporations answer to a shitload of people, people that is ignorant and deal in old concepts.

>>2094909
completely agree.
>>
>>2094917

Although I like your thinking ability. When the time comes for mainstream crypto, DGB would be adopted. It wouldn't make sense to build a coin from the ground up with those developers. If there is a use base already in DGB, not only are they expanding their base, but at the same time, adding to profits without needed developers to create and test. its why ETH took off, why reinvent the wheel.
>>
>>2094913
https://medium.com/krown/4-best-cryptocurrencies-with-lower-market-caps-c2f58b54193a

Not much of a source, but the fact they're freely selling Blizz giftcards says a lot.

>>2094917
True, but I'd like to believe that a universal currency for gaming would be more appealing to gamers.

Mine some Digi while playing WoW, be able to spend it for Steam Keys, etc.

Still, you might be 100% correct, just have to wait and see what news comes out.
>>
>>2094917
>they would actually go around and create a STEAM coin or a Blizzard Coin before submitting to a third party.
That doesn't make any sense to me. It seems like it would be way too expensive to develop their own coin when they could easily buy out a better one or form a partnership
>>
>>2094609

One more thing anon

i just downloaded the DGB desktop app, it says it needs a 12GB folder "and will keep expanding"

You said the backup only need to be done once, since the information of all transactions are done in the blockchain, why it will keep expanding, then?

I'm trying to figure this out but I'm too retarded
>>
tried to withdrawl bitcoin from kraken to buy some DGB.
Didnt work
-> Withheld (converted) $227.37
why?!?!? bought them today
>>
>>2094951
Because the blockchain will expand with every new block mined.
>>
>>2094917
Valve is privately owned by Gabe Newell, and I feel he's a pretty forward thinking guy. I'm not sure how much he actually does at Valve anymore, but if he were convinced that crypto integration was worth it, it will be implemented.
>>
>>2094931
I'm with you but I don't trust in ActiBlizzard type of companies because they are run by shareholders and making it into the next quarter. Also they are really protective abut their IPs and with what they associate it with. Valve is overzealous about who or what handles their money.

>>2094941
it's more appealing to me too

>>2094947
remember that what they like more than money is how much control they have over things. The new cryptocurrencie paradigm gives them the opportunity of building something people will use and they would have control, specially when they see the whole fee shenanigans.

Time will tell and honestly besides what i can earn or lose while investing in this I would like to see this through.
>>
Serious question(s)

How viable is this hitting $1?

Realistically when would it happen?

I keep seeing people say they missed the moon and therefore the entire coin is done, is this true or not?
>>

>>
>>2094964

Anon please see threads and archived threads. If you think DGB is done at 450, it's not. Like I said earlier, look at the real time buys/sells. There is a force buying this coin heavy in the 3 sat range. You never know who or why a coin pumps, it's not always because of a MUH P&D! There has been a lot of intelligent convos regarding DGB. please study up, there is a lot to learn.

It could hit $1, but the cap would be close to BTC, not impossible, but exceeding a billion is the first stop. Which, vidya is 30bn/year industry. This coin is a godsend for the nerds. Like me.
>>
>>2094957

yes yes, i got this, this is what i don't undestand

>Make a backup for the wallet with 0 DGB in it
>Store the backup in some USB and forget for it for some time, keeps another backup in the PC (while it keeps expanding)
>Keep doing transactions whit the desktop wallet, hit 100k DGB
>Lost my HD and the PC backup
>somehow I'm still able to recover all my 100k just using the old backup
>>
>>2094995

To add, anybody in right now, whoever has the sells at 450 WANTS you to sell below that- less resistance for them once the sats increase. If you have strong hands, demonstrate your ability now.
>>
>>2094993
thaiborghini should be possible
>>
>>2094997
That because the old backup is essentially an old version of the blockchain which will get updated when you load it into the app.

bittrex

It depends on what you mean by better. It has nowhere near as many crashes and I've not heard of anyone having issues withdrawing but there's also less volume. For what I'm looking for I prefer it though.

you don't deserve dgb.
>>
>>2095211
all of it if you want to drive a lambo
>>
>>2095167
Bittrex has more coins to trade with, and supports conditional buy/sell and has a decent API. The only, ONLY, thing it needs now is more users/volume. I dont even mind the UI everyone seems to hate. Hopefully some people migrate from polo.

Polo was recently under investigation for the coincidental DDoS attacks, theyre retort is theyve seen like a 600% increase in users/volume in the past few months, which would certainly make sense.

My point. If polo wont upgrade servers, and people are gonna keep complaining about downtime, its up to us to act as load balancers.
>>
Remember when ETH was big money at $7? This is the wild Wild West boys. I sold off all my other coins and smashed in DGB- there are no other coins at the moment with as much gains potential as DGB. I even sold some coins in the red. It had to be done though. It's a big risk I'm taking. But it may well be worth it. Gambling is a bitch!
