For the record I am 5'5", I'm not overweight but don't particularly look great either. I'm the kind of guy that, not matter how much I work out or how I dress, I've got nearly zero chance to get a girl's attention in public. I think it's important in a marriage to not consider it a competition. As for my income, I'm not going to give too much detail but I will say I'm in a very high pay tier and it's Finance related (bonds, not stocks). It's a combination of being very good and being lucky. If this job were to ever fold, I'd probably be able to find something similar but could probably drop back down to ~$150k.
