No time to invest like right now.

Psh... I started with $25. I sink a little extra in every paycheck, and do one of three things with my gains -

1. Move that shit out of the crypto markets.
2. Let it ride (like I'm doing with Ripple and Waves).
3. Diversify into a speculative coin or two.

$1000 is more than enough to get started with. I will leave the bulk of it (say $300 each) in what I consider the blue chip coins (those traded in CoinBase) and play with the remaining $100. Do this until you build up a comfort level and establish your risk profile. Then, if your hand/balls/paycheck permits, sink more into your crypto account.

I started with this 3/3/3/1 rule, and it's served me well. Portfolio construction is all about managing risk, so you want to be sure you're not losing the only money you have to invest. For that reason, crypto only makes up about 1% of my total investible assets.
>>
There's also LTC, MAID, STR, XMR, and BITB

>>
>>2075885
I see 4 coins there you dont want.

Let it ride on DGB, the worst that happens is it crashes by half and you lose 600. The best that happens is it hits the dev's 1$ mark each coin and you are on the way to millionaire status.

no, i literally dont understand your reasoning. A 50 percent gain is a 50 percent gain. It doesnt matter what the price of the fucking coin is. If you invest $200 in bitcoin and it goes up 50%, you make a hundred dollars. If you invest $200 in a shitcoin worth 50 cents a piece and it goes up 50%, you still make the same amount. The added benefit of investing in bitcoin is that its the most stable fucking crypto currency.

The price of a coin means NOTHING. All that matters is the percentage gains.
>>
>>2078028
Diversify your crypto holdings. Put the largest amounts in BTC/ETH and then put small amounts in shitcoins you think will moon. You don't need to own an entire bitcoin.
