The domain exchange.eth sold for 6660ETH ($1.1M)

How do we make money off of this?
>>2065292
THAT ETH GETS LOCKED UP FOR A YEAR IN A CONTRACT MEANING LESS ETH IS IN CIRCULATION EQUALS ETH PRICE GOES UP ALA SUPPLY AND DEMAND.
>>2065321
but if you win a bid, can't you sell the domain before the year is up?
>>2065292
O wow. Time to register all popular names like facebook, google, or a lesser known ones so less bids and hopefully one day it'll be popular and sell for millions.

False information. It did not "sell". It got locked up and they can release it after a year or so and get their ETH back.

"myfirstlastname".eth opens for bidding soon. Cant wait to get it. Who here is doing the same?
>>2065292
If I understand correctly that means the second highest bid was 6660 eth. correct?

Is this a joke? the extension .eth is horrible.
You could have bought exchange.com for a million or less most likely...
also ens domains don't even have a license with ICANN so you will need to use some TOR-like web browser or a browser/dns extension to even view the websites...
sort of like what OpenNic or tor does with .onion, .fur, .glue, etc.
