Can we get a solid real estate thread going? All I see is XYZ cripto is a scam posts.
Country
City, Country or State.
Good Neighborhood.
Bad Neighborhood.
Supreme Neighborhood.
I'll start,
New Orleans, LA
Good: Uptown, Riverfront
Bad: the East, French Quarter
Supreme: St.Charles, Lakefront, Audubon Area.
I'd appreciate a quick run down on South Florida/Miami.

South East Miami is new Cuba desu

Is that good or bad? I live in cali right now and I just can't stand the poor mexicans/blacks, but I heard cubans are better educated and are better people in general so I wouldn't mind that.
Anyone have insight on San Antonio, TX? Am I going to get flooded if I move there?
United States
Los Angeles is too big so ill just do what's considered the south bay where I've lived for most of my life.
Good: Torrance, San Pedro
Bad: Lawndale, Harbor City
Supreme: Ranchos Palos Verdes, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo
Hawthorne and Gardena are above the 405, but some people consider them to be in the same area. They used to be better but as blacks and Hispanics migrate ever farther south and the Asians move into Torrance they get worse. Maybe Space X employees will gentrify them.

It's the culture you'll have to fit in with. Worst comes you'll find a comfy suburban place not too far from the city life.

Nice meme, normally South Texas doesn't get too much rain, so naturally the city wasn't made up to the recent floodings specs. Everybody should have flood insurance tho, unless you live in a desert.
What place is best to build a house, what place is best to buy one?

That's not actually a meme. They get flash flooding every year there. Don't you know why the Riverwalk was constructed? I'm just wondering what parts of town or which roads flood because I've been considering moving to the Northern-ish side of that city.
