Coinbase currently has a warning that there have been "Payout Delays." Numerous users are reporting that they paid Coinbase for their cryptocoins but the coins have not been deposited into their wallet after Coinbase said they would be deposited.
Coinbase is probably unable to pay them out because they never had the supply of cryptos available in the first place. This is a major problem!
