I have about 500,000 but only $20,000 income on my tax bill from last year (mostly from unemployment).
This year it will be at about 10,000-15,000 (100% from unemployment).
How can I turn my dividend paying stocks into a W-2 or 1099 income (something to show a mortgage broker).

You will receive a 1099-DIV statement from your broker for dividends you received from your holdings. If you get paperless statements, log in to your broker and download the PDF.
>be bong
>make £8000 from salary and ~£70k from dividends and capital gains last tax year
>excellent credit rating
>own a 200k house almost paid off
>apply for 12k loan for car
>get denied from my bank
>get denied from another bank
>underwriter cannot take dividend income or assets into account
banks are retarded
>how do I launder money

That's not what spoofing is dumbass. Just ask if the lender does NINA/NINJA loans where you just show them proof of your assets. You'll get raped in interest more than likely though.

Yeah, but income is too low even with the divis.
I have a few stocks that have done pretty well, but stopped paying a significant dividend as the prices grew.

I want a 4% intererst on 1-4 unit homes.
I can get like 5.5% 30 year, with some nasty loads / terms, but are non-recourse.....
Only problem is that they require me to buy a 8+ units, which I am trying to avoid.

I want a business, owning real estate.
I'm a winner, you should keep working...
