Got an offer from a global management consulting company.
Where do management consultants exit? What the hell do you do after?
MBB kids get headhunted but what about tier 2 and 3 consultants?

Burn out and teach classes at a university? Just kidding, I'd assume a company would pick you up to head a department you've been working in
Like if you've been doing logistics a supply chain management opportunity would present itself or technology implementation you'd find an opportunity to be the CIO for some company
Just guessing I have no idea

Kinda hope that's not the case. I'm also being asked to do a PhD at my uni (which would more or less lead to teaching classes) and I'm kinda trying to dodge that bullet.

You're going to be building a ridiculously robust professional network through all the projects you'll be put on. Assuming you can tolerate the work hours, you're pretty much a made man if you get into a big consulting firm and don't fuck up somehow.
