Get amazon affiliate links to certain product; By facebook ads, Get 4% commission for everything the person buy through your link; why is no one doing it ?

Not sure about Facebook but Adwords doesn't allow direct ClickBank links, you need to at the very least make a landing page buffer and even then you will probably still have policy issues.

Not allowed. Account will be banned by Amazon. It's still better to build/ buy a website and link to it through the facebook ads in hopes that people will use the affiliate links on your website.

Not ad words; Things like Amazon or any other affiliate program that allows you to it. Coursera for example offers 20% commission on MOOC subscriptions; So can I find keywords and advertise them on facebook

Lots of people do (did?) this with affiliate offers on Facebook, Google, Bing, etc. The problem is that the cost of advertising is almost definitely going to be higher than your return.
It's only profitable if you target your niche and demographic well, and even then, this will happen only after lots of split testing. And by split testing, I mean split testing EVERYTHING (headline, ad text, ad picture, landing page, etc.).

You CANNOT include an associates link in a boosted post or paid ads.
It's ok to add affiliate links to normal facebook page posts though.
