Just came through as pending for me, also..

Don't transfer from coinbase to other exchanges! Transfer to another wallet first (jaxx, exodus, mycelium, etc..) then to exchange. Sure there is a mining fee but coinbase can close your account if you are transferring to potentially "shady" exchanges.
