It's called a bullmarket and many people refuse to sell but new buyers join in, including whales. Therefor they are creating value for all. If the pump is over they might slowly fall, but not reach the past lows (except some shitcoins maybe)

Something is up..

It's a general flood of money into BTC which fuels all of the altcoins.

One hiccup in BTC, like an exchange announcing it will be going to USDT and dropping fiat, and the whole fucking thing comes crashing down.

Once people realize cashing out is extremely difficult, the music stops.

Everything is up for 2 main reasons.

1: China preparing for war with North Korea, flight to safety. Since gold and Silver are manipulated by Goldman sachs, JPMorgan and friends it goes to BTC.
2: New money is coming in and this is just the beginning it seems.
